*** Metamorphosis Monday ***

I have really been beating myself up lately because I know my actions have not been in line with my goals. I have allowed life to take over & get me frazzled. We all have the same 24 hours in a day & it’s my choice how I spend that time. Thankfully I recognize when I’m off track & I can choose to make better choices to regain my focus.
Today I challenge you to examine your actions. Have your decision been lining up with your goals?!?!?!??? If not,….. this moment & this reminder are the perfect opportunity for you to make a shift! Get back on track. Keep your goals in front of you. What you want doesn’t just magically appear. You must carve the path!

Mocha Peanut Butter Love Cake!

STEP ONE: What you need:
~ 4 tbsp of Coconut Oil.
~ Few drops PURE Coffee Extract
~ 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter Non – GMO / No Canola Oil
Check the back of the labels under ingredients and it should just say PEANUTS! Nothing else! Don’t let their “ALL NATURAL” labels fool you.)
– Packet or scoop of Chocolate (or Chocolate Vegan) Shakeology.

STEP TWO:
a.) Melt 2 tbsp of coconut oil for 15 seconds.
b.) Add in 1/2 scoop of Shakeology and mix together. (
C.) Few drops PURE Coffee Extract
d.) Pour mix into desired containers (ramekin or mini muffin pan)
e.) Put in freezer for 5 minutes.
f.) Take out and spread even amount of PB over frozen chocolate.
g.) Melt 2 tbsp of coconut oil for 15 seconds.
h.) Add in 1/2 scoop of Shakeology and mix together.
i.) Pour overtop the PB to cover completely.
j.) Freeze for 15 minutes.
k.) Take out of container.
l.) ENJOY!!!

Recipe makes approx 4 servings depending on what type of container you use!

Pruitt’s Bulletproof Coffee

I have been getting lots of questions about butter in my coffee & how I make it?! Is it really good for you? Does it really taste good?! So I am providing links to all your questions.
More than 6 months ago I replaced my regular coffee, cream & sugar with Bulletproof Coffee. This keeps me full until 1pm or so. Healthy fats burn super slow for sustained energy.

The next question I get is how does Shakeology fit into your routine? I have Shakeology as a refeed to my muscles after my workouts. Then I have two other full means per day. Each person’s body is different & you have to find the right system for you. This is what works best for me.

Please let me know if you try this?! If you love it or hate it! I would love to hear your experience. I was in love from the first sip!!!

Pruitt’s Recipe for Bulletproof Coffee
8 oz Bulletproof Coffee
2 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter
2 tbsp of Coconut Cream (not milk)
2 packs Stevia
Dash of Almond Extract
Dash of Vanilla Extract

Additional ingredients as you get more serious about brain function & stepping up your bodies performance!
~ Add 1 tsp Brain Octane Oil
~ 1 Tbsp Colostrum
You can get cheaper brands of colostrum but let me just tell you it is not the same! You truly get what you pay for here!

A healthier alternative to Deodorant

This is powerful stuff. Not only is it all natural! IT WORKS! You don’t need much at all. Only a dime size amount on either arm. Use your fingers to rub in & you’re done.

If you use to much it’s going to make a mess. Also, if it gets too hot it will separate. Just mix it up well & throw it in the fridge for an hour. It’s not ruined.

Crust less Cheesy Bacon Quiche

6 large eggs, beatenCrust less Quiche 2
1 1/2 Cups Organic Heavy Cream
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 1/2 Cups Raw White Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped, any color
1 tsp dried ground mustard
1/2 tsp dried ground oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste

~ Preheat oven to 375 degrees
~ Mix all wet ingredients & seasonings in a mixer & blend.
~ Coat a pie dish with coconut oil
~ Pour in egg mixture
~ Layer with cheese first, then veggies & bacon

Cover with foil & cook for 35 minutes. Then remove foil continue to cook another 10 – 15 minutes. This will ensure the egg doesn’t turn too brown.

Prep Time 10 min
Cook time 45
Serves 8
375 Degrees for 45 mins
You can cook this the night before & reheat in the oven the next morning. Leftovers will keep up to three days. It’s great for when you have company or the kids have EOGs. Cook it the night before & reheat in the AM. Fast & easy.

This statement has never been more true for me than it is right now. So many days of my life I thought I was LIVING…. BUT really I was just existing. There is a HUGE difference you know!
Most of my decisions & actions where dictated by a underlying energy of fear or anxiety that I didn’t even realize was in control. It wasn’t until I pushed my body farther than my mind would let it go that I realized I have been holding back so much.

I only thought I was living but really I have been tip toeing cautiously through an existence avoiding pain until it’s time to die. Don’t stop at the point of pain. PUSH past all the negative mental walls that seem to stop you from participating in life.
This is how you change your reality. Do what you think you cannot and you will discover a whole other reality is waiting on you.

There will always be an excuse!

So…… what do you do when the smoke detector had you up at 3 AM & you really don’t want to do you’re workout?! You spike your hair, drink some E&E and do it anyways!!! There will always be an excuse.There will always be sleepless nights, laundry to get done, work that needs your attention. It will always be someone’s birthday. They’re will always be memorial day, cookouts, baby showers. There’s always going to be temptations in the break room or cup cakes after Timmy’s baseball game.
There will ALWAYS be excuses to cheat & skip it because life doesn’t stop so you can crush your goals. So you must make a decision, draw a line in the sand with yourself & decide what you truly want out of this one life you get.
It’s your life & you are in control of every decision. Choose to design a life you love, not one you regret.
